1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the VitaNova Visa Services website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

VitaNova Services provides visa assistance, document preparation, attestation, certified translation, and related documentation support. We act as an intermediary and consultant — we are not a government authority, embassy, or consulate.

3. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

VitaNova does not guarantee visa approval. All visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. We commit to preparing complete, accurate, and professionally presented applications to maximize your chances of success, but the final decision rests with the issuing authority.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents.
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation.
• Attend scheduled appointments (embassy, VFS, medical tests) as required.
• Pay all agreed service fees and government/embassy fees on time.
• Inform us immediately of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application.

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees are quoted before engagement and are separate from government, embassy, VFS/BLS, medical, and other third-party fees. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by applicable law. Government and embassy fees are non-refundable regardless of application outcome.

6. Refund Policy

If you cancel before we begin processing your application, you may be eligible for a partial refund of service fees, minus any costs already incurred. No refunds are provided for completed work, submitted applications, or government fees paid on your behalf.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the VitaNova website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of VitaNova Services and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VitaNova Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, travel costs, or opportunity arising from visa refusal, processing delays, or changes in immigration policy. Our total liability shall not exceed the service fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and documents as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

10. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
